Shipping takes place within 3-5 business days. If there is a problem with the shipment of the product, we will notify you via the email address you entered when ordering.
Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at kateb0408@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns for items clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase or for gift cards (see below for U.S. exceptions).
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable. However, in accordance with state law, if you are located in California and your gift card balance is less than $10, you may request a cash refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
